Never one to miss an opportunity to fully promote a new product, Taylor Made’s launch of their new R1 driver this week included skydivers, Tour players in ads wearing face paint and a limited edition range of apparel and accessories.
Coming on the heels of the Adidias Adizero shoe launch at Torrey Pines and the #OneBucket Challenge for the new RocketBladez irons last week at Pebble Beach, the “YOUR1” campaign has Taylor Made players clad in R1 branded shirts, pullovers and hats at Riviera this week. The second round saw the likes of Sergio Garcia wearing the unique R1 Tour Launch Polo and Radar Hat and Dustin Johnson in the R1 ClimaLite Warm 1/2 Zip Training Top.
