Callaway Golf has always been among the leaders in golf innovation. Their apparel is quickly catching up as evidenced by their SWING TECH technology released in February 2019.

Revolutionary

Lupe Benitez, Vice President of Design for Callaway Apparel explains what makes SWING TECH so revolutionary; “A total redefinition of what performance golf apparel should be. We explored seam construction and materials that we used in our products with the goal of limiting restriction throughout the swing. With the incorporation of SWING TECH, we are now able to provide significantly less restriction and more stretch to maximize the range of motion on every swing. As a result, we’ve created a game-changing innovation to authentic golf apparel that will help golfers look, feel and perform their best from top to bottom.”

Authentic

The core mission of Callaway has always been to be a technically superior and authentic golf brand. Callaway Apparel continues this mission and is developing more authentic fashion-forward options. Callaway is offering five new SWING TECH “Fashion Polos” for Fall 2019.

Classic

Callaway describes the fit of their shirts as; “Classic Golf Fit– Roomiest silhouette and slightly longer sleeves designed for ease of motion.” I sized down to a Medium from my usual Large and found these polos to have perfect “conservative” fit while performing exactly as they were intended.

Tradition

Callaway SWING TECH was designed for the authentic golfer; a man who wants the latest in technology but above all values tradition. After all, tradition helps shape our response to technology.
