2018 Masters Apparel Scripts

What the best players in the world are wearing at The Masters.

It is the most anticipated and hyped Masters in recent memory. The young guns are firing on all cylinders, Phil is full of confidence, and Tiger is back. Depending on how things shake out, Dustin Johnson, Justin Thomas, Jon Rahm, or Jordan Spieth could be the number one player in the world on Monday.

The 2018 Masters also gives apparel brands a massive stage to showcase their freshest color stories, latest technologies, and most fashionable looks. Here’s a look at the well-scripted kits for the best players in the world at Augusta. Listed by world ranking, DJ has the tee.

Dustin Johnson (Adidas Golf)

Tipped collars and heathered textures blend classic and modern designs. Bold rugby stripes with a hit of green on the inner placket for the final round.

Favorite look: Sunday

Justin Thomas (Polo Ralph Lauren)

Preppy springtime looks with dusty pastels. Performance seersucker trousers on Saturday. How good would those yellow pants look with a Green Jacket in Butler Cabin?

Jon Rahm (Adidas Golf)

Sporty color-blocked designs. Signature red polo and grey pants for Sunday.

Favorite look: Friday

Jordan Spieth (Under Armour)

Clear eyes. Full heart. Can’t lose? Typical Spieth color palette based in blues and blacks. Threadborne polos with Microthread technology. Microthread pants have a slim fit with a nice taper.

Favorite look: Friday

Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Tiger Woods (Nike)

No player-specific scripts from Nike, but players will be dressed in team colors each day. The palette was inspired by elements over the four days of the tournament. Dark cloud-themed colors on Thursday. Lighter colors representing the calm before the storm on Friday. Blue on Saturday to signify the blue skies. Pink on Sunday to match the Magnolia flowers. (Assuming Tiger will opt for his traditional red on Sunday.)

Favorite look: Sunday

Rickie Fowler (Puma Golf)

Limited edition hi-tops, fresh colors for spring (Acid Lime and Marina Blue), and seamless EVOKNIT polos. Signature orange used as an accent color on a grey backdrop on Sunday.

Sergio Garcia (Adidas Golf)

Colors fitting for a reigning Masters Champ. Bold color blocking and stripes on Moving Day. Is the navy blue on Sunday a tribute to Seve Ballesteros?

Favorite look: Saturday

Bubba Watson (Oakley)

The all-white outfit on Thursday is a throwback to Bubba’s winning look from 2012. Colorful high-tops and low-tops from G/FORE will be talking points in social media.

Favorite look: Sunday

Kiradech Aphibarnrat (Fenix XCell)

Big, bold, and loud. The most Augusta-inspired script you will see. Red, white, and blue on Saturday pays homage to the Thai flag.

Favorite look: Friday

Louis Oosthuizen (Ping Apparel)

This soft seafoam green is one of the trendy colors of spring and perfect for four days at The Masters. The Knowles Sweater is one of my favorite layering pieces for the season.

Favorite look: Sunday

Branden Grace (Peter Millar)

Modern and sophisticated looks. The combination of bright polos and muted layers creates a cool aesthetic. Friday’s Whisper Quarter-Zip is fabricated from an innovative stretch suede micro-fleece knit. It’s lightweight, blocks wind, and is water-repellent.

Favorite look: Saturday

Daniel Berger (Lacoste)

Modern takes on classic designs. Tipped collars and contrasting three-button plackets Thursday and Friday bring a retro vibe. The LACOSTE lettering on the sides is distinctly sporty and modern.

Favorite look: Thursday

Chez Reavie (Peter Millar)

Bright blues capture the energy of Augusta and the optimism of a new golf season. Crown Comfort Cashmere Quarter-Zip on Thursday is a luxurious layering option. Engineered stripes on Saturday are eye-catching and sporty.

Favorite look: Saturday

Si Woo Kim (Peter Millar)

Powerful reds early in the week give way to a crisp blue on Sunday. Hybrid vest and sweater are windproof, water-resistant, and completely on trend.

Favorite look: Sunday

Billy Horschel (RLX Ralph Lauren)

Strong blues, classic stripes, and colorful patterns. Floral print pants on Friday will make a bold statement and complement the azaleas in Amen Corner. Sunday’s look is reminiscent of Nicklaus’ winning outfit in 1986.

  1. DJ is changing it up which I really like and it has been a while. The blue shirts looks really sharp. Did you notice JT should be sporting some new belts? I hope so as those look right on point. The Peter Millar scripts are just perfect head to toe. Not sure which is better, the blues with Chez or the pastels with Branden Grace. As long as Louie’s doesn’t step out in massive pants, this will be the best clothes he has ever worn. The seafoam green is sublime.
