Did anyone see Charl Schwartzel in the first round of the RBC Heritage at Harbor Town? How could you not?

He’s been able to take Nike Golf’s hyper-athletic looks and put a classic spin on them. We typically see a lot of black, white and grey from Schwartzel. If he’s really getting crazy, we might see a bright blue shirt or a white belt.
I’m not sure what charged up Charl for Thursday’s round (maybe he heard my boring comment), but he stepped to the first tee in this tennis ball yellow shirt and electric blue pants combo. He then completed the look with a matching blue trucker hat and yellow belt.

Honestly, if this was Billy Horschel, Jonas Blixt or Ryo Ishikawa, I’d probably be calling them sartorial geniuses right now, but a big part of my issue with this look is that it is so out of character for Schwartzel. Where did the classic Charl go?
I can only think that there was a mix up with the apparel deliveries from Swoosh headquarters and Schwartzel accidentally received Thorbjorn Olesen’s box. Man, is Thorby going to be upset when he opens that box and a bunch of black, grey and white apparel is staring back at him.
