Fashion Dimes

RCB never has a bad day at the office. The Navy FJ Lisle Camo Floral Print Polo really pops against the white trousers. Fit is on point across the board. Can’t go wrong wearing the FJ Premiere, which has quickly become the most coveted golf shoe on the market. And bonus points for the red, white, and blue dope rope hat! What’s not to love?

Honestly, I just prepopulate EVR into “Dimes”. He’s as ‘set it and forget it’ as they come. No doubt, Greyson’s Petoskey Polo was my favorite top of Day 1. It’s an eye-catching polo that is described as an “electric stream” print. It’s “electric”? Well…”boogie, woogie, woogie!”

Lanto Griffin (Galvin Green & FootJoy)

Lanto Griffin is wearing my pick for trousers of the year. The Nigel has become my go-to-slack for any occasion. The front pintuck design gives these pants a unique detail that requires a second glance, followed by an approving head nod. All good stuff.

Billy Horschel (Ralph Lauren & FootJoy)

Can you believe it was eight years ago that Billy wore his celebrated Octopus Pants at the U.S. Open? I eagerly await RL’s U.S. Open scripting for Billy-Ho each year. These chambray nautical print pants did not disappoint!

Justin Rose (Bonobos)

I love the righteous “Copa Room-vibe” of the Bonobos Performance Polos. The Lush Leaves Polo is aces.

Zach Johnson (Kjus & FootJoy)

Sometimes it is all about fit, and ZJ nailed it. Zach’s Ike Pants just brush the top of his FJ Packard’s. The sleeves on his Soren Stripe Polo are slightly longer and perfectly on-trend without being too baggy.

A slight tweak is all that C-Bez needed to be a Dime. Substituting the white belt for an exotic skin strap from House of Fleming creates a natural transition in the outfit and allows the focus to be on his beautiful Fairway & Greene USA Pencil Stripe Jersey Polo.

I am not picking sides in this heavyweight battle but when it comes to fashion, bro…..

Fashion Crimes

….this ain’t it. I didn’t like anything about this polo.

Brian Harman

This kit just has no flow, yo. The pants are too long. He’s wearing a brown belt and black shoes. Not to mention navy slack and black shoes. Ugh.

Hideki Matsuyama

Poor Hideki. He seems to make this list. Every. Single. Time.

I found this outfit very visually distracting. In this case, combining a Tertiary and Primary color was just too much. Substituting white pants or a white polo would’ve given this at least a fighting chance.

  1. Great to see D & C’s back . Rafa always is on point with fit but I almost have to turn the Tv off when Hideki & Harman show up on screen. So bad.

    1. Hi Jim! I actually had Fleetwood in my queue for Crimes but ran out of time. That was my biggest omission.
