Billy Horschel’s apparel scripts are always amongst my favorites, and his 2015 U.S. Open script is another winner. Not only are his apparel choices on point, but also the sketched presentation of the script by Ralph Lauren is totally bad a$$. It just screams high fashion and high performance.
After what I thought was a somewhat subdued script for the Masters, Horschel and Ralph Lauren have kicked it up a notch or two heading to Chambers Bay. Horschel has always excelled at balancing colors and blending vintage and modern pieces. Expect to see more of the same at the U.S. Open, as he will be rocking a spectrum of vibrant colors from the opening tee shot on Thursday to the final putt on Sunday. Also, expect to see him pairing modern fits and details with his signature brogue-style FootJoys.

The bold color blocked polo is a smart choice for the opening round. It brings positive energy to the course, and when paired with white pants, the colors pop even more. Friday’s look offers a modern take on the preppy blue and yellow color story. Saturday’s kit brings more bold stripes and color blocking for Moving Day. Horschel will save his showcase outfit for the final round. Those killer Gator blue camo pants and orange polo are a blatant and fun tribute to his alma mater.

BTW, here is a cool video by Ralph Lauren that features that Horschel’s Thursday polo.
