Summer + Sunshine = Time to Show Some Leg

A preview of 10 stylish and functional summer golf skorts for the course.

There is no shortage of golf skorts and skirts to choose from for your warm summer rounds on the course. So many options, so little time.

We set our sights on finding ones that have a little twist – just a little something different with a feature or two that makes these skorts and skirts stand out in a sea of plenty.

Lija Button Skort ($100)

This one is obvious – the faux buttons on this lightweight, woven stretch skort adds subtle detail, as does the slight asymmetric hem. It also has knit undershorts, and the tropics pink color goes with all your basics – white, black and grey.

Redvanly North Skort ($90)

This flirty, polka dot panel style can be worn for golf or tennis with built-in shorts for coverage. It also comes in white, yellow and peach colors. The polyester and Tencel blend fabric is moisture-wicking and feels super soft.

Ralph Lauren Striped Sateen Skort ($145)

Graphic slant stripe on the front, solid black on the back makes this a visually modern skort. It features attached compression jersey shorts to help increase muscle recovery. The silhouette is straight but not body hugging so it will flatter a range of figures.

Foray Golf 5 Pointe Skort ($160)

The front zip on this skort is edgy without going full throttle and marries perfectly with the fabric pattern. It also has attached shorts that have a pocket to store golf balls, tees or a phone. The body is made with four-way stretch, breathable, UPF 50, European jersey.

Chase54 Fame Skirt ($84)

An accented slit front seam – what’s not to love about this fresh detail? It’s made with Chase54’s DryFuze moisture wicking technology and UPF 50+ sun protection. The polyester/spandex blend fabric moves with you, and the style is easy to wear with sandals post round.

Tail Mila Skort ($89)

It’s all about the on-trend side stripe – tiny detail, big style bonus. The pull-on skort has built-in shorties, zipper pockets and is made from anti-wrinkle fabric that’s comfortable with moisture management qualities that keep you dry.

GG Blue Carter Skort ($88)

We’ve had our eye on this one since it first arrived for spring. The front kick pleats add just the right amount of femininity, but the non-geometrical, abstractness of the pattern is the real show stopper. It also comes with knit undershorts.

Puma PWRSHAPE Pleated Skirt ($75)

The high-bonded stretch waistband is super flattering because it offers support – much like a pair of slimming, work-out leggings. There is gripper tape of the inner short to keep in place, and dual front and back pockets. This skirt has been tested in-house, and it’s a head turner. Btw, this won a GolfThreads Style Award at the PGA Merchandise Show. Yeah, it’s that good.

L’Etoile Sport Side Snap Skort ($175)

Oh, snap! The functional side snaps not only give this skort design detail but offers extra flexibility for movement. The textured nylon/lycra fabric is both sporty and chic – a little preppy retro. And feel free to wear this one for golf or tennis.

G/FORE Golf Pleat Skort ($155)

The contrast striped waistband adds the perfect amount of sophisticated design to this skort. The cotton/nylon fabric is soft, lightweight and stretchy. Under the flattering pleats are built-in athletic shorts so no worries if a little wind picks up.
