Transitioning from winter to spring can get rather dicey when it comes to the weather – that’s nothing new.

What is new are the early spring outerwear arrivals from a few European labels who know a thing or two about being prepared for the elements while still looking stylish.

We’ve got you covered with these lightweight, functional options and most are all available for U.S. purchase via the respective websites.

Daily Sports Break Jacket

This jacket is selling fast and we’re guessing the eye-catching, mock-neck closure on this piece is to blame. It’s so on-trend and stylish that it barely looks like performance layer.

Made from micro-light fabric with a brushed interior, the Break jacket will be warm and dry as well as soft, comfortable and functional.

Kjus Radiation Jacket

Windproof and water repellent yet lightweight and 4-way stretch give this jacket serious durability. More athletic looking, the freedom of movement, breathability, and thermo-capacity is all you need to use the Radiation jacket as your go-to layering piece for many weather situations.

There’s also elastic inserts at the bottom and sleeve hem, articulated elbow seams, two zip front pockets and a nice high collar for added protection. Three color choices and easy online ordering round out the features.

Golfino Stretch Polar Light Jacket

From the Green Label collection, this jacket has stretch polar fleece combined with soft microfiber that’s comfortable and provides mobility for a golf swing or any leisure activity. The shiny front is super chic looking as is the taupe color.

Details are the forefront in Golfino sportswear and there’s no exception here with the zipper pull, small front patch pocket, and clean lines. It’s super lightweight too making it very versatile.

Galvin Green Leia Hybrid Jacket

Another more athletic looking jacket, the full-zip, lightweight Leia is designed to come in handy all year-round because the Interface fabric technology is water repellent but still very breathable.

There is a wind panel on front with two zip pockets and a no-show adjustable drawstring at the bottom. As these images imply, mobility in the golf swing is not hindered thanks to the side and back insets. Repositioned side seams give it an optimal fit.

Bogner Corrie Jacket

We love the sporty color block details of this jacket so much, we’re showing it in both the smoke blue and black colorways. Check out the lengthwise quilting on the front – it’s so stylish and it has windbreaking properties.

The back, sides and under sleeves are made from power-stretch fabric and create a tapered fit. The gold-tone two-way front zipper and ringed pendant on side zips add feminine detailing as does the cut-away collar notch. The Corrie is a natural for sports activities, travel and around town.
