BillyHo kept it classic with his polished monochromatic look, while Akshay Bhatia’s Greyson’s fits had us reaching for our wallets. Adam Scott proved that purple is back in a big way (and so are popped collars), and why the women ruled the fashion scene at the Creators Classic. From bold color choices to sleek fits, here’s your front-row seat to the best looks from Hotlanta.

Billy Horschel (Ralph Lauren & FootJoy)
Billy Horschel doesn’t just play golf—he puts on a show, both on the fairway and in his wardrobe. Whether he’s trolling Georgia Bulldog fans or repping his beloved Gator Blue, Horschel is a master of sartorial detail. Take, for instance, the patent leather accents on his black FootJoy Traditions, which inject a little shine into his otherwise monochromatic ensemble. This guy knows how to make a statement, right down to the last stitch.
Akshay Bhatia (Greyson Clothiers & Adidas Golf)
Greyson Clothiers just dropped their latest Fall Collection, and it’s brimming with shades of blue and purple that are perfect for autumn. Akshay Bhatia wasted no time diving into these fresh threads, rocking new looks throughout the week. His Saturday fit—a Wild Flower Polo paired with Montauk Trousers in the striking Fjord Blue colorway—has “add to cart” written all over it.
Viktor Hovland (J.Lindeberg & Puma Golf)
This might be the most excited I’ve been about a J.Lindeberg collection in years. Classic designs are making a comeback with a modern twist, and I am all for it. The color stories are equally intriguing: Viktor Hovland started last week showcasing vibrant shades of Club Blue and Hot Pink—ideal for that late summer to early fall transition. Then at East Lake, he pivoted to darker, richer hues like Asphalt Grey, Forest Green, and Black, perfect for those crisper, late-fall days.
Adam Scott (Uniqlo & FootJoy)
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Adam Scott is one of the best-dressed golfers on tour when he’s not getting lost in a sea of neutrals. Case in point: his wardrobe in Atlanta. After leaning into safari-inspired looks for the first two days, Scott switched things up over the weekend, incorporating rich purples into his outfits. The lavender and white combo was a perfect nod to Labor Day Weekend, and apparently, popped collars are back in style, too.
Rory McIlroy (Nike)
Rory McIlroy’s striped shirts last week had me raising an eyebrow—they felt more Scottie Scheffler than Rory. Thankfully, he’s back to his classic solid-on-solid style this week, and it suits him. My favorite look? A simple yet sophisticated white polo paired with purple pants and a matching belt. Sometimes, less really is more.
Scottie Scheffler (Nike)
I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that the Tour Championship Winner and FedEx Cup Champ wore clothes throughout the tournament, as boring as they may have been. Sure, Saturday’s purple pants were unexpected, but Rory wore them better the day before. I’d like to think that Scottie’s green and khaki look for the final round was some low key ‘color of money’ flex on his way to pocketing $25 million, but I’m probably giving him too much credit.
Paige Spiranac (Fila & Nike), Aimee Cho (BenJefe) & Gabby DeGasperis
Props to the PGA Tour for shaking things up with the Creators Classic—it was surprisingly the most entertaining competition of the week. Clearly, the YouTube golf culture is a force to be reckoned with, and there’s potential for some exciting partnerships. While the event did well, it fell a bit short in showcasing the creators’ personalities, especially in the fashion department. That said, the women outshined the guys. Paige Spiranac’s retro-inspired Fila outfit, Aimee Cho’s chic BenJefe ensemble, and Gabby DeGasperis’ sporty vibe were clear standouts.
With brands like Malbon, Manors, Quiet Golf, and Public Drip lighting up my Instagram feed, it was disappointing to see some male creators lacking in the style department. Guys, hit me up for some tips next year, especially if my invite to the event mysteriously gets lost in the mail again.
The Creators
One trend ruled the Creators Classic: shorter shorts. If your shorts have a double-digit inseam, it’s time to rethink things. The sweet spot is around 8” to 8.5”. In fact, I’ve just dropped off some of my favorite shorts at the tailor for a little trim.
Collin Morikawa (Adidas Golf)
Texture is one of the hottest trends for fall, and there are endless ways to incorporate it. Traditional fabrics like wool and linen bring a classic feel, while prints and patterns like plaid and herringbone add a more visual texture. Thanks to advancements in fabric printing technology, we’re seeing texture illusions that pop. Collin Morikawa was a masterclass in this trend on Sunday.
Sam Burns (TravisMathew & Adidas Golf)
What can brown do for you? A lot, actually. A brown belt can breathe new life into an outfit, especially for fall. A grey belt would have been the safe play here, but Sam Burns’ brown strap added another dimension to his fit. A small detail, but it makes a big impact.
