Min Woo Lee (AmazingCre & Nike)
I’ve seen a lot of things in the world of golf fashion, but I had to do a triple-take on this one. Min Woo Lee showed us why the short-sleeve, quarter-zip sweater with banded cuffs is the layering piece we didn’t know we needed. I didn’t even know such a thing existed! Throw in a camo pattern with skulls and this is next-level. Thanks to Min Woo for providing the fashion fireworks during a fairly pedestrian weekend. He is the vibey-est player in professional golf right now.
Jason Day (Nike)
Between the ‘Play to Live’ NRG kicks and the apparel, Nike saved the best for the last major of the year. (Well, except for those waterproofs. See below.) The secrets to the Swoosh’s success were simple and clean fits and groovy limited edition shoes that had a cool connection to the area. J-Day’s floral print polo sprinkled in just the right amount of color and possessed an air of sophistication.
Jordan Spieth (Under Armour)
Over the course of this week, we had the most questions about Jordan Spieth’s gear since he first laced up those prototype Under Armour golf shoes back in the day. Sure, a hoodie and joggers aren’t exactly trendsetting at this point, but they are pushing the fashion envelope for Spieth. We’ve been crying out for him to shake up his style for a while and he finally did it…and it was a good look for him. Expect the joggers to hit retail later this year.
Shubhankar Sharma (Nike)
I’m usually not into neon highlighter colors, but on a dark and dreary day, this Ember Glow colorway just hit different. It was my guilty pleasure of the week.
Antoine Rozner (Lacoste & FootJoy)
The Frenchman found the perfect blend of old school and new school while wearing a take on the French colors. The high-crown visor and flat-front trousers with classic pockets were throwbacks. The sporty quarter-zip and FootJoy HyperFlex Carbon shoes tapped into the athletic state of the current game.

Matthew Jordan (Adidas Golf)
Adidas has a habit of rolling out some exceptional layering pieces every year at The Open Championship. Add this crewneck to your shopping list for fall.
Cameron Young (Peter Millar & FootJoy)
Peter Millar was one of the few brands to debut some Fall colors at Royal Liverpool. The Stealth Performance Quarter-Zip in Eucalyptus green is one you’ll want to add to your wardrobe when the leaves start to change colors. And if you need a reason to cop another pair of FootJoys, the limited edition Harris Tweed Field syncs nicely with this q-zip.
Thomas Detry (Boss & G/FORE)
Smile, Thomas! You dropped a couple of dime-worthy fits on the weekend. Seeing the stripes on the sleeves of that Paule 3 Polo peeking from under the Zaxly Pro Vest proved that black and tan can exist outside of a pint glass. Also, a colorful glove is an easy way to add some life to an all-black rainsuit.
Viktor Hovland (J.Lindeberg & Puma Golf)
Throw a JL bridge logo on the back of a solid polo, or in this case a jacket, and I’m all in. Why can’t we get more classic JL looks rather than some of the crazy stuff we’ve seen lately?
Rory McIlroy (Nike)
Remember ‘The Dress Phenomenon’ of 2015? Was it black and blue or white and gold? I got the same sort of vibes with Rory’s pants. At first glimpse, they appeared to be a ho-hum khaki. But, wait…are they actually pink? No, they’re definitely khaki…except now they look pink. Nike calls this color Pink Oxford. I just call it confusing, but Pink Oxford > Khaki any day.

Rory pulls off the rare ‘Dimes & Crimes Double’ by landing on both lists. I applaud Nike for experimenting with a color other than black for waterproofs, but taupe wasn’t the answer.
